Reta Rose

Partner - Head of Operations

Reta is a Partner at Farleys and heads up the operations of the firm, working alongside our Managing Partners and the wider firm to ensure that our firm is organised and operates in a way that supports our ambitious growth plans.

In her role Reta oversees a number of our business support functions including Marketing & Business Development, People & Culture, Facilities and Central Operations, collaborating with heads of department in ensuring that these these teams deliver for the business, so that Farleys as a firm can continue to deliver for our clients and local communities. All of this whilst ensuring that our people, culture and values remain at the heart of what we do.

Reta joined Farleys in 2016 and has more than 15 years of experience working in legal services.

Reta is a Trustee of the firm’s charity, the Farleys Foundation and a Trustee at Cancer Help Preston (a local charity providing cancer support services).

Outside of work she is a long-suffering Newcastle United fan and regularly travels to watch the England cricket team on international tours.
