Sarah Hill

Commercial Executive

Sarah Hill is a Commercial Executive based at Farleys’ East Lancashire office in Padiham, Burnley. She supports a broad range of commercial matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including personal and corporate insolvency. Sarah works closely with insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, and debtors, and also assists clients involved in commercial disputes such as debt recovery, director and shareholder disagreements, property issues, and breaches of contract.

Sarah joined Farleys in May 2023 as a Legal Assistant in the Insolvency and Commercial Litigation department, shortly before graduating with First Class Honours in Forensic Science and Criminal Investigation from the University of Central Lancashire.

Since then, Sarah has developed a strong passion for litigation and progressed to the role of Commercial Executive/Paralegal, with the ambition of qualifying as a solicitor in the near future.
