Private Client Executive
Emma is a Private Client Executive in Farleys’ Wills, Trusts, and Probate team. She joined the firm in March 2026 with three years of experience in complex Court of Protection Health and Welfare matters. Emma now supports the Private Client Team with matters relating to Wills, probate, and the administration of estates.
Emma graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a First-Class Honours degree in Law before completing the LPC LLM Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Law, also at Leeds Beckett.
She is committed to providing a compassionate, client-focused approach and is passionate about supporting individuals during challenging times.
