Rachel Adamson LLB (Hons) HCA (Cr)

Rachel has 15 years experience in Criminal Law, qualifying first as a Legal Executive and subsequently admitted as a Solicitor in 1998 and is a Higher Court Advocate (Criminal).

Rachel dealt with her first complex fraud cases whilst working in London. Since joining Farleys in 1995 she has defended numerous complex matters including fraud, murder, manslaughter by negligence, drugs, conspiracies, corruption. The majority of the cases were high profile attracting considerable media interest. Clients have included Teachers, Police Officers and Business Owners.

Rachel specialises in MTIC carousel VAT fraud and is a VHCC Panel Supervisor.

Other professional memberships include: Criminal Law Solicitors Association; Duty Solicitor Scheme; Specialist Fraud Panel and member of The Law Society.
