Legal Secretary
Location: Blackburn (Shadsworth Business Park)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are looking to recruit a legal secretary to assist our firm’s busy property department, based in our commercial offices in Blackburn on Shadsworth Business Park

The successful candidate will provide full support to commercial property fee earners as required including preparing correspondence and documents, general file management administration, Companies House forms and applications, Land Registry searches, submitting applications online, preparing SDLT forms and other property related tasks.

We’re therefore looking for someone motivated and used to working in a busy, fast paced environment, proactive and personable and someone who will work as part of a wider team to deliver exceptional client service.

The role is a full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).
