Farleys Solicitors has advised successful Lancashire based events company Pennine Events Ltd on the acquisition of Coast to Coast Packhorse Ltd, for an undisclosed sum.
Coast to Coast Packhorse is a successful tourism business, located at the half way point of the coast to coast route in Kirkby Stephen, and serves walkers and cyclists covering the route by booking their accommodation and transporting luggage.
Under the new ownership, the business will continue to operate in the same way, with all Coast to Coast employees remaining in post, and customers enjoying the same levels of customer service as previously experienced.
Pennine Events organise and manage festivals and sporting events, including the high profile Tour de France and Tour of Yorkshire, in addition to other exhibitions, expos, conferences and roadshows.
