The Family Law department at Farleys has had an overwhelming response to the Free Family Law clinic since returning in the New Year. In response to the increase in demand, the department will continue to operate the Free Family Law Clinic each Thursday on the extended opening hours until the end of February 2015.
Held at the firm’s Accrington, Burnley and Blackburn offices those wishing to attend the clinic will now be able to speak with a specialist Family Law Solicitor each Thursday between 4pm-6.30pm, operating on a drop in basis.
The increase in attendees comes in the wake of what the press have named ‘January Divorce Month’, as the clinic’s popularity has risen in recent weeks following a reported rise in those couples pursuing a divorce at the end of the festive period. Whilst separation or divorce may be a matter clients frequently enquire about, our award winning team has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law from Child Law to Domestic Abuse.
Partner and Head of Family Law at Farleys Solicitors, Antonia Love commented: “For those individuals battling with the stress of family law matters, be it divorce, or disputes over children obtaining expert legal advice is crucial in allowing people to explore all the options available to them with a Solicitor who has a wealth of experience in that specific area of law.
“For many individuals attending our Free Family Law Clinic is the first step in helping them to reach a solution. Regardless of whatever issue or challenge they may be facing, our knowledge and experience allows us to tailor advice to suit the individual’s circumstances. In the majority of cases just speaking with a qualified Solicitor can often help ease the stress that is hand in hand regarding family law matters, which is why we have decided to continue to extended the hours of our Family Law Clinics until the end of February.”
Farleys’ free family law clinic runs on Thursday evenings between 4pm-6.30pm up until the 26th February at the firm’s Accrington, Burnley and Blackburn offices. For further information click here, alternatively please call 01254 606090.
