Solicitor
Tom is a solicitor in Farleys’ commercial property team, based in our Preston office. He specialises in commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
Prior to joining Farleys, Tom worked at a high street firm in Blackpool, where he trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. During his time there, Tom was honoured with the LEAP Rising Star of the Year Award in 2021.
Tom studied at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), where he earned a 2:1 in his Law degree before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2018. His academic journey at UCLan spanned from 2014 to 2018.
Outside of work, Tom is an avid supporter of Blackpool FC and plays drums in a local band, The Standing Orders.
