Litigation Executive
Olivia joined Farleys’ Actions Against Detaining Authorities department in January 2022 as a Litigation Executive. Olivia assists Jonathan Bridge with Abuse Claims and CICA applications. Olivia has also represented appellants in the Criminal Injuries Compensation First-Tier Tribunal at Appeal hearings.
Before joining Farleys, Olivia studied at Edge Hill University, obtaining a first-class honours degree in Law in 2019. She then went on to study the Bar Professional Training Course at Manchester Metropolitan University where she achieved a Very Competent.
Olivia previously worked as a County Court Advocate at a personal injury firm, gaining extensive knowledge in civil litigation whilst dealing with a variety of interim applications and small claims hearings.
