Subsequently attending the Chester College of Law, Michael joined Farleys as an Article clerk, to complete his legal training, in 1977. Michael’s talent as a litigator was quick to show itself and a series of high-profile successes led to him being made an Equity Partner in 1982.
Now Farleys’ Senior Partner, Michael is head of the firm’s Civil Litigation department. A specialist in professional negligence litigation and personal injury claims, Michael has been a member of the Personal Injury Panel since its inception.
For a number of years, Michael has represented sports professionals for claims for injuries sustained both on and off the field of play. Michael has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the sports law department, which boasts an enviable client list of the highest calibre sports stars.
