Lydia Griffin

Property Executive

Lydia is a property executive based at our Preston Office working alongside the team on property sales, purchases and re-mortgages whilst working towards obtaining a Paralegal qualification.

She graduated from University of Central Lancashire in 2020 with a psychology degree. However, starting at Farleys in 2021 as a commercial executive doing admin work introduced her to the fast pace and excitement of property law. As such, when the opportunity came about to join the property team she took it.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys going to the gym and she completed the Cash for Kids 5K a Day Challenge in May 2022. She is also a keen baker.
