Laura joined Farleys in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Employed as a Solicitor in the Special Casework Unit, Laura has extensive experience in MTIC Carousel VAT Fraud Cases.
Laura’s experience also includes high value money laundering cases, representation at VAT Tribunals along with other serious and complex criminal matters including murder, possession of firearms with intent to endanger life and large scale drug conspiracies.
She has represented several company directors and other professionals in cases involving allegations of financial crime including film fraud, VAT fraud, MTIC fraud and International money laundering.
Laura has a national client base and is a CLAS accredited duty solicitor, representing clients from initial interview at the police station right through to Crown Court proceedings and beyond.
