Holly qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and has over 10 years’ of litigation experience dealing with Personal Injury claims. At Farleys, Holly specialises in clinical negligence matters, often acting on behalf of the bereaved family.
Holly has a great deal of experience acting on behalf of claimants, but has also gained knowledge from a defendant perspective which she feels offers a tactical advantage, particularly when dealing with litigated cases. Holly provides straight-forward, pro-active advice and works hard to make sure her clients receive the maximum amount of compensation they deserve.
Holly specialises in dealing with delayed cancer diagnosis claims and also has a keen interest in acting on behalf of clients that have suffered burn injuries. She take a pro-active, holistic approach to cases and works to deal with tough issues early on; keeping the process as smooth as possible for her clients.
