Haiqa is a Commercial Property solicitor working from the firm’s Preston and Manchester offices, where she deals with commercial property transactions. This includes acquisitions and disposals of property, leases and development work.
Haqia joined Farleys in July 2020 as a Litigation Executive in our Actions Against Detaining Authorities (AADA) department. In September 2021, Haiqa was awarded a place on the firm’s training programme. She undertook seats with within the AADA, Family Law, Commercial Property and Corporate Insolvency teams, before taking up a permanent position within the firm’s Commercial Property team in September 2023.
Haiqa began her legal studies at the University of Manchester and graduated with 6 academic prizes and a first-class law degree in 2019. She then went on to study the Legal Practice Course with Masters at The University of Law in Manchester, achieving a Distinction.
