Haiqa joined Farleys’ Actions against Detaining Authorities department in July 2020 as a Litigation Executive. In September 2021, Haiqa was awarded a place on the firm’s training programme and undertook her first seat within the same department assisting the team with historic abuse claims, CICA claims and claims against social services. She is now undertaking her second seat within the family law department.
Haiqa began her legal studies at the University of Manchester and graduated with a law degree in 2019. She then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Manchester, achieving a Distinction, whilst studying Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence, Family Law, Commercial Law and Employment Law.
