Damien began his legal career in 2007, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009
He is an Associate Partner at Farleys and has over ten years experience in criminal defence. Damien’s expertise covers a wide range of regulatory law, with a particular specialism in motoring offences.
Damien has extensive experience in all types of motoring offences, including speeding, careless or dangerous driving, drink and drug driving, failing to provide a specimen and is highly experienced in exceptional hardship applications
He also has expertise in representing clients (both legal aid and privately) as a Duty Solicitor in a wide range of other criminal and regulatory matters including advising and assisting at the Police Station, Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Damien studied for his degree at the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2005, before converting to law by studying for his GDL. Upon successfully getting his GDL, Damien then attended the Nottingham Law School, where in 2007 he completed the LPC.
