Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Sheffield, where he also completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 becoming the third generation in the same family to achieve qualified Lawyer status, his Grandfather and Mother having previously worked in the legal profession for over 60 years combined!
Ashley has worked previously for two Law Firms in Preston and made the move to Farleys in 2019. He was appointed as Associate Partner in 2022. He specialises in all aspects of Wills & Probate work, including the drafting of Wills, administration of estates post death, Inheritance Tax planning, Trust work and mental capacity law (Powers of Attorney & Court of Protection matters).
