Ariella joined Farleys in 2017 having being awarded a position on the firm’s highly praised trainee programme. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 and has taken on a permanent role within the Abuse and Inquests team in our Manchester Office.
Ariella currently acts for numerous individuals on matters involving Revenge Porn and Child Abuse, including CICA claims, actions against local authorities, schools and other institutions in negligence and pursuant to the Human Rights Act 1998. Ariella also regularly advocates on behalf of clients at First Tier Tribunal Appeal Hearings.
Whilst training, Ariella had day-to-day conduct of the representation of a core participant to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sex Abuse Nottinghamshire Councils Investigation.
