Anas joined Farleys’ commercial department in January 2021 and is based out of the firm’s Preston office.

Anas is a solicitor specialising in commercial and insolvency litigation and acts for both companies and individuals in a broad range of disputes with particular emphasis on:

• contractual disputes,
• director and shareholder disputes,
• professional negligence claims,
• property litigation, and
• landlord and tenant disputes

Anas also acts for Insolvency Practitioners in challenging antecedent transactions and defending director disqualification proceedings.

In his spare time, Anas enjoys reading about history and philosophy (someone has to!). Otherwise, he can be found on any given Friday or Saturday indulging in food at restaurants around town.
