Farleys HR Advantage

Farleys HR Advantage is a fixed cost, bespoke commercial HR and employment law support service that is tailored to meet the individual needs and requirements of your business.

Offering a flexible approach to as much or as little HR support as you need, a monthly payable, fixed cost annual package is agreed in advance and advice can be accessed over the phone as required or on a face to face basis, depending on your requirements.

Whilst the amount of support needed will vary from business to business, a typical Farleys HR Advantage package includes:

  • A health check / audit of your contracts of employment, staff handbook and employment policies and procedures.
  • HR and employment law advice provided by conference call or face to face meetings – to take place on site or at our offices depending on preference.
  • HR & employment law training.
  • The drafting of letters and documents.
  • Access to our HR and employment law email updates and seminars to keep you up to date with HR and employment law news and developments.

 

We can also provide specially trained business support officers where required, for example to chair formal meetings in instances of grievance or disciplinary matters.

The extensive experience and knowledge our team possess enables us to adopt a proactive approach for all HR and employment law issues that may arise, minimising the disruptive effect HR matters can often have upon a business and reducing the risk of employment claims.

Employment Tribunal Insurance

Coupled with the comprehensive range of services offered within our HR Advantage scheme, businesses also have the option to add insurance to a pay monthly, fixed cost, annual Farleys HR package.

The inclusion of this affords businesses an extra element of security in the event of your business receiving an ET1/employment claim from the Employment Tribunal. Insurance cover can cover your business for the costs of compensation awards, settlement amounts and legal fees to defend an Employment Tribunal claim. This insurance cover is funded by way of an additional premium to a Farleys HR Advantage package, which can be quoted for and discussed as per your business’ requirements. Flexibility is also offered with this due to varying indemnity and excess levels.

As our support and advisory services seek to prevent and limit employment claims; it is left to your organisation’s discretion as to whether you wish to include the insurance element as part of your HR Advantage package.
