Farleys have an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection specialist to join our well-established private client team; which continues to grow, alongside increased demand for our private client legal services across the region.
The successful candidate will have a strong Court of Protection background, with at least 3 years PQE in this area of the law and experience of managing their own busy caseload, and ideally experience of supervising others.
You be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills. Working closely with colleagues across Farleys, you will act for a wide range of clients, and will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well-established firm.
