Apply NowThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in corporate law (>5 years PQE) and will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
You will have experience of private company and asset sales and acquisitions, joint venture / shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and private company reorganisations, and the ability to manage a complex caseload from inception to completion.
Working closely with colleagues across our regional commercial team, you will act for a wide range of business clients across the North West, and nationally, and will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well-established firm.
The role can be based out of any of our seven offices
