September 2008

Farleys settled a claim for £3,175 on behalf of a client who suffered a minor thigh injury when a pallet of jars of pickles fell on him at the supermarket where he was employed.

Farleys secure £50,000 award for claimant to cover injuries, damage to motorcycle and loss of earnings. Client broke his leg in a motorcycle accident.

August 2008

Farleys settled a claim for £28,662 against employers for a cleaner who tripped over a gym mat in the employer's gymnasium that she was going to clean.
