Victoria Mitchell LLB (Hons)

Victoria is an Employment Solicitor in Farleys Commercial Department and specialises in both Employment Law for businesses and employees.

With considerable commercial expertise and experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, Victoria is regularly instructed in a wide range of employment law matters including compromise agreements, redundancies and restructures, disciplinary and grievance matters, breach of contract, unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal claims and Director or senior employee disputes. Victoria also has experience of a wide variety of employment tribunal proceedings.

Victoria is regularly instructed by a wide range of commercial businesses, employee clients from both the private and public sector, sports professionals, the Professional Footballer's Association and its members.

Victoria is a member of the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association and is frequently consulted as an expert in employment law in Lancashire Business View magazine and other business publications.
