Sian Hall LLB (Hons)

Siân qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined Farleys in 2003 as criminal law solicitor, initially focussed on aspects surrounding the Magistrates and the Youth Court.

Siân now works as part of Farleys Special Casework Unit and has successfully defended clients in MTIC Fraud, Fraudulent Trading, Payroll Fraud, Mortgage Fraud, confiscation (Proceeds of Crime Act, POCA), along with other serious, complex and business crime cases.

Memberships include the Law Society, Specialist Fraud Panel and CLAS Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Siân also sits on the committee of the Young Fraud Lawyers Northern Association (YFLNA), an association that assists young fraud lawyers with professional development and networking opportunities. Sian is the first solicitor from Farleys to join the association's management committee.
