Richard Yates LLB (Hons)
TraineeRichard attended the University of Leeds, where he studied Law and graduated with a LLB (Hons) in 2007. Following the completion of his Legal Practice Course from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011, Richard joined Farleys.
Richard chose Farleys due to the friendliness of the staff and the great opportunities to experience the different sectors within a law firm.
In 2012 Richard started his training contract to become a solicitor. He will complete a number of 'seats' in different departments during the course of his training and is currently working in the Actions Against Detaining Authorities department in Manchester, where he works on child abuse compensation claims.
