Rebecca Hindle BSc (Hons)

Rebecca studied for a Biological Sciences degree at the University of Edinburgh, gaining a BSc (Hons). She then went on to study for her GDL at Manchester Metropolitan University, after which she then stayed on to study for the LPC.

Rebecca joined Farleys as a trainee, qualifying with us as a solicitor and now works in the Firm's busy Commercial Litigation department, specialising in commercial and property disputes. 

Rebecca has considerable expertise dealing with contract disputes, professional negligence claims, breach of restrictive covenants and construction disputes. 

In her work specialising in property litigation, Rebecca is regularly instructed in disputes regarding boundaries, easements, restrictive covenants and commercial leases.  Rebecca also regularly advises landlords and tenants on possession proceedings, dilapidations and breach of covenants.
