Rebecca Fairclough BA (Hons), BVC
Specialist Case AnalystRebecca studied for a Criminology and Criminal Justice degree at University of Central Lancashire, before going on to study a Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Vocational Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Rebecca joined Farleys on a work experience placement in 2009 whilst studying for her Bar qualification. During her time in Farleys she has worked within a number of departments, including personal injury, insolvency, inquests and commercial litigation. She now specialises in child sexual abuse claims within our Actions against Detaining Authorities team in Manchester.
In addition, Rebecca acts as an advocate on County Court hearings including applications for charging orders, bankruptcy orders and set-aside judgments. Rebecca also undertakes work representing other law firms in Court on an agency basis.
