Phil Taylor LLB (Hons)

After graduating with a degree in Business Law, Phil completed his finals in 1986 at The College of Law in Chester. He subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 1988.

Following qualification, Phil joined the highly regarded Private Client Department of a firm in the Cotswolds where he developed his expertise in this complex area of work.  

A successful few years followed, with Phil being made a Partner in the firm with which he originally did his Articles. In 2001 he joined Farleys as an Equity Partner to head up the firm's expanding Wills, Probate and Trusts Department.  

The only member of the partnership to have been 'brought in', the Department under Phil's guidance has grown steadily and now looks after clients across the North West and beyond.

Phil specialises in inheritance tax planning and complex probate matters and is a member of The Private Client Section of The Law Society.
