Since leaving Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester, Marsaya has practised exclusively in criminal defence work after joining Farleys in 1999, and until recently managed the mainstream Crown Court Department.

Having gained considerable experience dealing with progressively more complex criminal cases, Marsaya has joined Farleys' Special Casework Unit to further develop that in-depth knowledge.

Marsaya holds the Higher Courts qualification entitling her to practice in all courts in England and Wales.

Marsaya is an accredited Duty Solicitor, a member of the Legal Services Commission Specialist Fraud Panel and the Law Society.
