Kevin Preston LLB (Hons) LLM

Kevin was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and successfully defended his first murder case the following year. Kevin spent a number of years learning his trade in the various Magistrates' courts across the North of England practicing exclusively in criminal defence work. Over the years he has acquired an indepth knowledge and gained considerable experience of dealing with complex criminal cases involving serious and organised crime, drug trafficking, homicide, firearms offences, serious sexual offences and fraud.

Additionally having developed a keen interest in defending regulatory and professional disciplinary matters Kevin supplemented his extensive criminal litigation knowledge by completing a Masters degree in Employment Law in 2005.

Other professional memberships include: Criminal Law Solicitors' Association; Duty Solicitor Scheme; Specialist Fraud Panel and member of The Law Society.
