Jacquie Birkett LLB (Hons)

Jacquie studied History and French at the University of Sussex, attaining a BA. Following this she went on to work as a chartered accountant for 14 years, most of them with global firm Deloitte, based in Manchester.

In 2000 Jacquie attended Manchester Metropolitan University where she completed her conversion course to Law (CPE) before going on to achieve her LPC, winning the Law Society Prize for Outstanding Performance, in 2002.

Following this Jacquie joined NGA Solicitors in Burnley where she completed her training contract before being admitted to the Law Society in 2004.

Jacquie joined Farleys in 2006 and now works as an Assistant Solicitor in our family law department. Bringing with her a wealth of expert financial skill, combined with an excellent legal mind, Jacquie specialises in the resolution of financial matters following the breakdown of a relationship.
