Debbie King

Always a high achiever, Debbie gained her 1st class degree in Law from the University of Manchester before going on to Manchester Metropolitan University to complete her Legal Practitioners Course in 1997.

Debbie came to Farleys in 1997 to complete her training contract, and was admitted to the Law Society in 1999.

Joining the newly formed Commercial department as an Assistant Solicitor upon qualification, Debbie quickly established herself as a valuable member of the team.

In 2003 she successfully launched Farleys' Corporate Law section of the Commercial department, consequently being made an Associate Partner later that year.

Through continued success, Debbie was promoted to full Partner status in 2006.

Debbie specialises on business and company takeovers and sales, restructures, joint ventures and mergers.

Debbie was recently awarded the Lancashire Dealmaker Personality of the Year 2008 at the North West Business Insider Magazine Dealmaker of the Year Awards.
