Daniel Draper LLB (Hons)

Daniel is a Solicitor in Farleys' Commercial Department and specialises in Commercial Disputes and Sports Law.

Daniel has considerable expertise dealing with contract disputes, professional negligence claims, property disputes and injunctions and has extensive High Court experience.

Representing clients in sporting disputes, Daniel is a member of the British Association for Sport and the Law and is regularly instructed by high profile athletes, international footballers and managers and the Professional Footballers' Association and its members.

As a leading sports lawyer, Daniel has extensive experience representing clients before FA Arbitration Tribunals and Football Disciplinary Commission Panels.

At the National Law Society Excellence Awards in 2011, at which he was shortlisted for an award, Daniel was described as 'an outstanding solicitor who excels on all levels: technical, professional and personal'.
