SolicitorBefore studying at UCLAN, where he obtained his LLB Law qualification and completed the Legal Practice Course, Daniel ran Quest Legal Costs Consultants; a company that specialised in negotiating costs for personal injury claimants between law firms and insurance companies.
Upon completing his studies Daniel sold the business and joined the firm full time to complete his training contract.
Daniel was admitted to the Law Society in 2007, and since then has worked as an Assistant Solicitor in Farleys' expanding Commercial department.
Daniel specialises in Commercial Litigation dealing with contract disputes, property disputes, professional negligence and, most notably, commercial and employee fraud.
