Bernard Horne LLB (Hons)
Partner / LLP MemberBernard studied for his Law degree at what was called the Manchester Polytechnic University, before completing his LPC at the Chester College of Law in 1986.
Bernard was taken on as a trainee by Farleys, and in 1988 he was admitted as a Member of the Law Society.
Based out of Farleys' Accrington office, Bernard was made a Partner in 2004.
Bernard deals with all aspects of 'mainstream' crime. Attending both Magistrates courts and police stations, Bernard is a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.
Bernard specialises in prison law.
