Farleys Launches Manchester Family Law Team

NORTH West law firm, Farleys Solicitors has welcomed back a former employee to launch a family law service at its Manchester office.

Ruth Whittingham, from Royton, has rejoined Farleys as an associate solicitor after two years at specialist family law firm Green and Co. in Manchester.

Ruth, who specialises in financial matters relating to divorce or separation, will be working with family law partner Antonia Love and commercial law partner Ian Liddle to establish a family department at Farleys' Parsonage Gardens office which opened in November 2006. Antonia said:

"Ruth has a lot of experience of family law issues and we are delighted to welcome her back to Farleys.

We witnessed a massive increase in family law cases in 2006 across all of our offices in East Lancashire and Ruth's appointment will now allow us to offer the same good quality personal service to clients in Manchester with issues relating to divorce, separation, finances and children."
