FARLEYS changed its business name to Farleys Solicitors LLP when it converted to a limited liability partnership on the 1st of April 2008. We will, however, continue to use the trading style 'Farleys'.
Like many other large solicitor practices, we have based our decision on the additional flexibility that a corporate body provides. The decision was entirely consistent with the medium and long term plans we have for the development of our business.
The conversion to a limited liability partnership has no effect upon the conduct of our client cases.
