NINA Lewis, from Euxton near Chorley, has qualified as an assistant solicitor at Farleys Solicitors in Blackburn.
Nina joined Farleys four years ago and studied part time at the University of Central Lancashire, achieving the Common Practice Exam (CPE) and Law Practice Certificate (LPC) whilst working full time at the firm.
She will continue to work in the firm's special casework unit, a part of its criminal law department, with partner Paul Schofield. He said: "Nina has worked very hard over the past four years to complete her legal training and has been an asset to the team. We are delighted to offer her a position as an assistant solicitor, to continue working in a very important part of Farleys.
Nina will specialise in serious crime and fraud cases whilst working towards achieving the Higher Rights qualification and appearing as an advocate in the Magistrates courts."
She said: "I am really pleased that I have qualified and look forward to helping to develop the serious fraud work as this is something which I have particularly enjoyed at Farleys.''
