Phil has been a partner at Farleys for over 20 years and heads up the firm’s private client department. In that time he has developed a specialist team who advise on a broad range of private client matters to clients across the UK and overseas.
Phil is experienced in a wide variety of private client work including complex probate administrations, wills, estate planning, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
Over the years Phil has advised on many complex and interesting cases including an estate which included a pocket watch which may have played a part in the quest to solve the longitude problem- described as the greatest scientific problem of its time!
Phil is a member of The Private Client Section of The Law Society.
