Role: Marketing Assistant
Location: Manchester office
Salary: negotiable dependent on experience

Farleys Solicitors LLP is looking to recruit a marketing executive to assist the firm’s marketing team in raising the profile of the firm and generating new work via their external communications strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the main responsibilities for the role will be to:

  • assist the Head of Marketing with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms
  • take an active role in the generation of content for the firm’s website
  • assist the Head of Marketing in the administration of the company blog and website
  • liaise with external organisations as required to ensure delivery of marketing campaigns
  • support with the organisation of the firm’s events programme

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a fluent writing style, attention to detail and the ability to complete work in an efficient manner
  • some knowledge / previous experience working within a marketing role or regularly writing for a blog
  • some knowledge of best practice SEO techniques
  • practical experience in using a website CMS
  • strong organisation skills and the ability to keep to deadlines
  • initiative to spot opportunities and quickly act upon them
  • the ability to self-motivate
  • a good telephone manner
  • an interest in the law / legal marketing

Whilst the role will mainly be office based, travel between our offices might be required and as such, own transport would be advantageous.

Role: Legal Secretary (Commercial)
Location: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Farleys Solicitors LLP is looking to recruit a full-time legal secretary to work in their Commercial Law department in Manchester.

Whilst experience of Commercial Property would be an advantage, it is not essential.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A good telephone manner;
  • Excellent organisation skills;
  • A full working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes;
  • An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work;
