NEST - what is it & how does it affect employers?

The Pensions Act of 2008 introduces new duties on employers to ensure that most workers are enrolled into a workplace pension scheme AND unlike previous legislation, the 2008 Act requires employers to make contributions into the scheme.

During the seminar, we will be discussing the Act itself & how & when it will affect various types of businesses.
