Farleys staff in Great Manchester Run

A great time was had by all yesterday as staff from across our offices participated in the Great Manchester Run. Eleven Partners, solicitors, trainee solicitors and support staff from the firm's Manchester and Blackburn offices all took part in the 10K event through the streets of Manchester.

The Farleys Roadrunners, a team of five from our Manchester office, raised a fantastic total of £1000 for local charity MedEquip4Kids. The Manchester based charity raises money to provide paediatric medical equipment and facilities for hospitals and community health teams.

A special mention of the fastest time goes to Des Draper, Partner in civil litigation, who completed the course in a fantastic time of 51 minutes and 54 seconds raising £400 for the British Heart Foundation. 

It was then on to a restaurant in Manchester for some well-deserved lunch!
