Farleys Client Jim Harkness Awarded MBE

A big congratulations to client and friend of Farleys Jim Harkness, who was recently awarded an MBE.  Jim, who is Managing Director of North Lancs Training Group, was given the honour in recognition of over 40 years of service to business and vocation training.



North Lancs Training Group, which is based in Accrington and has a further four offices in Lancashire, is one of the largest training providers in the country, providing Apprenticeship placements, NVQ's and a range of other training courses to people throughout the region.

Joining NLTG as their sole employee in 1971, Jim has helped to grow the group to its current size of over 240 staff, helping tens of thousands of people to benefit from training programmes along the way.
